Where every rule comes from, how it is checked and what is left out.

Method
Each rule is read from the competent authority: the UAE government portal, the Federal Tax Authority, the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), the emirate land, municipal and education departments, and each free-zone authority. A second official or independent source is recorded where one exists.
Where two official sources disagree, or a page could not be read, the rule is withheld and listed with the reason until it is resolved. Free-zone licence and setup fees are not collected: each zone sets them and changes them often.
223 facts are published with an official source. 30 further readings are withheld because an official page could not be read or two sources disagreed; they are published once resolved.
We do not rank emirates or zones and we do not give tax or immigration advice. The data is refreshed when the authorities publish changes and is served to AI agents through the Mirabello MCP.
Information, not tax, legal or immigration advice. UAE fees and rules change by decision without long notice; confirm the current position with the authority named before you act. Free-zone licence and setup fees are not shown because each zone sets and changes them.
Emirate, free zone, residence route and tax residence decide how a move is structured. Our Dubai team helps you weigh them together, in confidence.
